130ST-M10015 with AASD30A Servo Drives for Steering Wheel

10N.m, 1500rpm, 220V AC

Description

130ST-M10015 with AASD30A Servo Drives are quite popular among overseas recently. For the reason that it enables a plug and play solutions for you. In this way, it allows your DIY simulator projects come true.

In most cases, the AC servo motor, AASD servo drive, motor power cable, and encoder cable are sold together. Connect the AC servo motor to the AASD servo drive with the included cables. What’s more, it is significant to use a shielded motor power cable to prevent EMI issues with other devices. Standard DB25 Male to Male extension cables are used to connect the AASD servo drive to the Thanos AMC controller. Shielded cables are helpful to reduce potential EMI issues greatly.

Also, AASD-30a servo drive is widely used in simulator field. Besides, it can configure to work with the Thanos AMC-AASD15A Motion controllers. His controller is compatible with software like Simhub-motion, Sim Racing Studio, FlyPT Mover, Simtools, MotionHub (previously Simfoxx) Ian’s 6DOF BFF, etc. In addition, rig type will be 2DOF, 3DOF, 4DOF, 5DOF, 6DOF independent, Belt tensioner/TL/Surge options.

The AASD supports both 120VAC and 240VAC single phase input power. However, we highly suggest you to use 220/240VAC from a single circuit to power all your servos. A standard electric stove or electric dryer circuit can be used. Use a 240VAC rated PDU or power strip and power cords to distribute the power to each servo drive. Ensure the circuit is off when connecting the supply.

The AASD is configured to be powered by 240VAC by default. To use use 120VAC power, change the parameter Pn083 to 100. To once again support 220VAC, please revert the parameter Pn083 to 200.
